Developed from four major roadway centerlines. 300 ft buffer from ROW of N Roan St, Bristol Hwy, Boones Creek Rd, and Bobby Hicks Hwy. <\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>DO: Polygon layer used to show Design Overlay zoning district in Johnson City. Developed from two major roads centerlines. 300 ft buffer from ROW of portions of W State of Franklin Rd and N State of Franklin Rd. <\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>GO: Polygon layer used to show Gateway Overlay zoning district in Johnson City.
