Subdivisions are scanned on the Engineering scanner by Planning staff (Monie Honeycutt)bi-monthly and stored on the city server in \\usrsvr\users\ EngScan\Subdivisions\Plats and are listed by the sheet number assigned after approval. Subdivisions are mostly viewed in the Planning City Staff Map and store a hyperlink to the EngScan\Subdiviisons\Plats directory by sheet number. Subdivisions layer is updated by the GIS Division post scanning. Includes a hyperlink to the approved scanned re-plat sheet.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
